  I will billed $1350 total (3 separate invoices) for one of my rental properties, with invoices that were generated manually for work supposedly done 4 months ago, yet no supporting job orders or invoices from the date the work was supposedly actually completed. In other words, fake invoices were generated and billed to me 4 months later, In hopes that I dont Keep track of all of my accounting records all of my properties - very combative and argumentative when addressed - not trust worthy - not to mention some of the dates on the invoices were scratched out and written in by hand with an earlier date, To try to make them look like they were not just manually generated, and that they were from months back, which they were not

  I am so sorry that you feel this way. There are no fake invoices , they are made and we do manually fill them out by hand at each and every job. Most renters will not sign an invoice because they are not the one paying for the job. We input them into our computer for billing and you get a copy of that. The only date changes by hand was the year. For some reason the year had not switched on our computer and we wrote a 22 over the 21 . You use a management company that we send the bills out to. The original invoice is included with the billing that goes out to them. You can always check with the management company with how many times they called and requested the septic service from us. We have more than enough work to do without having to invent jobs. We have been pumping septics for 30 plus years and cheating people is not how we have stayed in business The invoices were sent out later than usual due to some major illnesses we have had in the office. I will admit they went out later than I would like. Covid hit several of us at the same time and the recovery was brutal. Not sure if you have dealt with covid but with double pneumonia at the same time , we honestly feel blessed to be breathing and alive at this point.

  Awesome service. Phone it in and they were at my place in about 3hours. Thinking it would be two to three days. Nope company does not like their customers waiting! Will use service again!
