  Kalina was the plumbing subcontractor for our new home. We called them initially for some service calls but were totally dissatisfied with the quality of work and the lack of professionalism throughout the entire organization. With the current cold spell, we had a bursted pipe and discovered that one of the outside faucets, which we had wrapped for the cold, did not come from a line under and thru the slab, but was connected to a water source from upstairs. While not ideal, it would have worked ok except it was an uninsulated pipe in an uninsulated, outside garage wall. The plumbing company that made the repair was surprised at the shoddy workmanship, which we had already determined. Will never recommend and nor ever use again.
