  I have many rental properties so I deal with a lot of contractors throughout the year. I used Sean with K&S Mechanical at a property in Westlake that was experiencing some water in the basement. I found him to be very competent, thorough and fairly priced in his assessment and correction of the issue. The work included camera work / diagramming the foundation drains and storm water drains, clearing blockages and fixing an improperly installed sump pump crock. He took the time to explain to me in great detail every step of the way. I'm very happy with the work, the results and the price. I'm glad I found him.

  I have used Sean with K&S Mechanical twice at my home (once to replace my water heater and then to unclog the main sewer line). I am very happy with the work, the price and the customer service that Sean provided. I highly recommend him.
