  I called around for a number of plumbers during the February Texas storm due to burst water pipes. Well many groups were busy including k&k plumbing they were able to get out here as quickly as they could and their team did a wonderful job fixing the repair and getting water as quickly as possible and the price was very very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

  The first guys that came out found the leak and they were great! The leak was in the main supply line from the street. I contracted with them for the repair which was completed in a few days. The mess they left in the yard, however was heartbreaking. When I tried to take to the owner of the company about it, he got snippy with me and said that it would be better after it rained. It wasn't. As far as the repair, they rate a 5. For customer service and satisfaction, they only rate a ONE.

  Mrs. Deasey, Thank You for leaving us a review. Were sorry you weren't 100% happy with the work. We would like to defend our end though. From day one we told you, your yard wouldn't be the way it was before we started. Since your driveway is so close to your house, a trencher was not able to be used, and an extra small mini ex was our only option, unless you wanted to pay the extra cost for hand digging. Your only concern was getting the water leak fixed. Since you had such a bad leak for so long the ground was saturated with water, and this black dirt does not dig well or go back well in these extreme conditions. Our proposal stated that landscaping work or dirt work after the job was completed was the homeowners responsibility. You agreed to our proposal. We tell everyone, that we are plumbers, and not landscapers. We do put the dirt back to the best of our abilities, but any further landscape work wanted by the customer should be performed by someone who is skilled in that profession. Our experience is that the ground will settle just fine with time and rain, and we have had not had sufficient time or rain since the job was completed to bear any results. We did complete our proposal for you in just the manner explained and provided you with a professional plumbing service, inspected and passed by the city of Greenville.
