My warranty company sent KJett to diagnose why my main drain was backing up after excess water usage. Darrell was great and very helpful however the warrant company denied my claim because I have a belly in my yard that keeps standing water 100% of the time. KJett still jetted the line and basically stated my problem will come back as time goes on and the more water usage will slowly rise back into the house. I was told to call the warranty company when it happens. The only issue I had with KJett is when they dug the hole in the yard they failed to put down a tarp and left a huge dirt mess about 3x the size of the hole they dug killing all of my grass.

Bryan- Sorry, to hear we only received 3 Stars from you. It sounds like your frustration is with your warranty company and what they do/do not cover. As for the dirt in your yard, we do have to have a good amount of room for our Excavator to do it's work, as well as a place for the dirt we dig out to go while we are doing the repair for the day. Per our agreement with HomeServe we are to backfill with existing material, with room to settle, and seed effected area only. You might want to check with your warranty on how your policy reads and landscape restoration. Happy Thanksgiving!

This is the company we were forced to use because they contract with our home warranty provider. Called on Saturday when we had a backup, they couldn’t come until Tuesday. Tech came on Tuesday and ran a line said he cleared it and it didn’t require a camera. Less than 48 hours later it is backing up again. He clearly did the bare minimum and didn’t care about ensuring our blockage was clear. So I called Thursday at 9:30am and the earliest they can come with a camera is Monday. The K Jett customer service rep said they don’t have access to cameras on the weekends so only make those appointments Monday - Friday. I appealed to a supervisor at K Jett and Home Serve and both said they couldn’t approve emergency service call. My daughter prom on Saturday and I will have to pay for a hotel for her to get ready. Don’t use K Jett unless you are fine not having access to showers, dishwasher, laundry for a week while they get someone who can run a camera down and actually diagnose your line.

Hi Heather! We are sorry for your frustration. Working through a warranty company can be confusing. To be clear, we do have you on schedule for our next soonest appointment this Saturday 4/9 @ 9am. You are more than welcome to call HomeServe and see if they have a contractor that can come out sooner. As far as running a camera, HomeServe follows a protocol and does not allow us to run a camera instantly. Kyle was able to get your drain open and flowing so that is why no camera was ran. I am going to call into HomeServe and request approval for a camera to be ran. Though, you are correct, we do not perform camera services on the weekends, I will call you to set up the camera at our next soonest appt. Unfortunately you did not speak to a supervisor here at K Jett nor inquire about speaking to one or we could have maybe helped to resolve some of your frustration. The next protocol for HomeServe would be to hydrojet your line. This is what we have you scheduled for on Saturday. We are hoping this will get you open and flowing in time for your daughter to get ready for her prom! Of course when working with a sewer line there could always be some unforeseen issue that is unavoidable but that is our job to problem solve to resolve the issue for you. Hope this helps and we will be in contact soon about wether or not HomeServe is pre approving that camera for you.

From Hannah in the office to Matthew the fabulous technician they sent out I don’t have enough words! Saving us $$$$..we were told we had a broken pipe..but Matthew was able to clear the drain ( first company) could not! We are so trilled to have the clog gone & massive job not needed..I highly recommend them! We have a new plumber..thank you Matthew.
