  Started using this business for portable toilets at construction sites. Would highly recommend. All of our employees and subs say that their portable toilets are very nice and clean. Thank you KG&T Septic!

  Owner agreed to meet with me in regards to doing business twice I drive up to the area from Spokane on both occasions he left 15 minutes before the scheduled time I was supposed to meet him. This was intentional and a giant waste of my time. OWNER doesnt respect other people's time and as such I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  We had previously used them for a septic inspection and had a pleasant experience. However, today, after being on their wait list for 5 days for snow plowing services, we were told that our quoted rate of $95/hr was increased to $150. We talked to someone at their office every day multiple times a day for updates on our status on the list. No one ever mentioned a price increase until right before they were on the way to us. At that time "the owner's wife" (she would not give her name just that she was the owner's wife) who also was the one to inform us of the price increase said they would not honor the quoted price because their equipment broke down and they had to rent a larger piece of equipment that cost them more therefore, they increased the rate. We have been trapped at our residence for 8 days from a massive snow storm dumping over 3 feet of snow. Part of our drive is lined with trees that snow blew off and drifted making for 4 feet in some areas. Someone with a truck and snow plow tried to clear the entrance unsuccessfully as it is so deep. This is why we called a company with heave equipment for snow removal. They knew of our situation. We find this very bad business practice. There are reasons for a quote and this was not a slight increase in price difference but 58% increase in price! And we find it odd that after touching base with them every day for 5 days, that it is right before they are to come to our place that we are told the price goes up. I'll give one star for a woman name Caprice whom we talked to originally, as she was very courteous and friendly.
