  Easily the least professional person I've ever come in contact with and I worked in a hospital for the criminally insane for 8 years. This guy will not respond to calls and when you finally reach him he is absolutely miserable. Not to mention he charges 3 to 4 times what should be charged for a simple plumbing fix and the work is mediocre at best. The previous post nailed it. I wouldn't hire him to flush my toilet!

  Great service and very responsive. Our general contractor used Etts for a major renovation in our home which involved rerouting all the pipes. Very complicated job, but all went smoothly. Since, we have called upon them for other plumbing issues. Both times they were very responsive and professional. Highly recommend them.

  THIS GUY IS HARDER TO REACH THAN THE MOON. HE DID SOME WORK AND IT TOOK MONTHS FOR HIM TO RESPOND WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM. I WOULDN'T USE THIS GUY AGAIN TO FLUSH MY TOILET
