  Put in a simple request for a bathroom sink unclog on Thursday night. On the Coldwell request form they ask you if the maintenance people have permission to enter the residence. I gave them permission. Monday night sink is still clogged. Had to call Coldwell who told me to call KC. Left a message and KC called me back to inform me that he skips over jobs if you don’t answer your phone. Sink is currently still clogged

  I had K C come in to repair a leaking kitchen drain. It was in my basement. He worked his tail off to get old galvanized pipe out so he could make repairs. He's very professional and gets the job done quickly.

  I have had CJP to my house several times. Always on time always clean and professional. I would not hesitate to reccomend them.
