  I’ve been waiting for a month for a quote on a new system. They sent a technician out, who was great, but I’m now had to text, email, and call 4 times and still can’t get a quote from them. I’d go elsewhere if you’re looking for timely service

  Couldn’t be more dissapointed with their service. Telling me I need a motor replaced on my system when I literally just replaced it. Said it was leaking oil and showed me. They literally put a greese on the side of the motor and said it was leaking from the motor to try and get me to spend 1800 for a 200 motor I just replaced for 500. They recommended the entire system be replaced. How do you guys sleep at night knowing all your doing is ripping off customers.

  David the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I auto pay $180 yearly for JW maintenance fee so I didn’t have to pay additional for the maintenance. He did find the 40 microfarad capacitor was only reading at 34 so highly recommended replacing it. I felt the install was initially a bit pricey at $187 but was over a good call to replace it since the unit is only 8 years old and parts are still under warranty for two more years. David said if it wasn’t under warranty, just a new capacitor part could costs about $400.
