  I was quoted at $850 for a humidifier to condensate pump connection, which is expensive, but I agreed to it anyway. An hour of work and $200 in parts somehow ballooned to $925. Fine. Now it looks like I will have to redo much of the work myself. They placed the condensate pump right in front of the air filter, so it has to be disassembled every time I change out the air filter. But, after one month, there are now two places that consistently leak which means I will now need to redo the work. The lines are also held in place by electrical tape. Would not recommend.

  Was pretty good, the guy was very helpful. However cost $360 for him to bring his Roto-Rooter in. He still wasn't able to fix the problem with it. He had me go a different route, which he didn't do anything just watched me. So little upset with that being charged so much.

  Called today and got same day service. I thought I had a clog in my drain from my washer, turns out it had frozen. Aaron was great, professional, and super easy to talk to about everything he was doing.
