  I was referred to call quality septic by the plumber who came as I thought i had clog drains. He said I needed old redwood tank pumped so I tried to call but the voicemail was full and no one would answer over the last 4 days of calling. I gave up on them and decided to google search for a pumping septic company and found this place. Not only did they answer my call but had me on the schedule that day. Still in awe of the service we received, it was refreshing to have such attention from when I called to when the guy was done. Kinda glad the quality place didn't answer as lack of answering calls is a red flag in my eyes which forced me to find someone else which ended in our delight.

  It was the 1st time using this company as the other company we have used in the past appears to not be in business anymore. Was thoroughly impressed by the services we received, we had them pump our tank and after they confirmed the size by measuring (the other pumping company never did that) as well they noticed some issues with our outlet pipes. They were able to not only let us know of the need for a repair but gave us a price to fix it and came back the next day to repair it. Super pleased, had a great conversation with Justin while he was onsite turns out this man who looks to be in his late 20's has been doing this work for 20 years and boy you can tell, he is so knowledgeable, sure glad we stumbled upon him when we Google searched septic pumpers.
