  I had used Just in Time several times and had good results. However, I called about a year ago to have a new faucet and pipes installed for my new granite. A young man came out, had difficulty hooking up the pipes, he put the strainer basket in and one side came up on the sink with the putty stuff showing on the other side. He left many smudges of the putting in the sink and on my floor. I went to put things under my sink and a pipe was leaking!! Long story short, this guy gave the impression he wasn't really into doing his work, after about 3 trips, my faucet was not put in properly and after an argument with the owner I was told never to call them again, no problem!! Now one year later and I have a leak!! $245 seems like a lot to pay for half done work! Seems like it's coming from the strainer area that was put in wrong and moved around each visit. I will be calling a different company to correct the incompetent work!

  Dreamchaser- would you please provide your correct name so I can research this issue properly? If a strainer leaks a year after it is installed that is most likely due to ware and tear. But I will certainly check my call log to see if you have called with in that past year.

  $275 to move an already disconnected dishwasher and install it in a house 3 blocks away. All completed in less than an hour. Called the office to ask for a breakdown of the charges and the arrogant woman in the office say “well, you did have 2 plumbers at $118 per hour plus at least $50 disposal fee for the old dishwasher”. I requested she email the breakdown and she agreed to do this.Still waiting…. These people advertise in our community yellow book, which is why I called them. Seniors beware. I feel like such a fool for trusting them.

  Debbie I'm sorry you still feel this way after our discussion. * Seniors beware is a total false allegation (and insulting). The owner of this company has lived in this senior community for over 10 years. Your pricing breakout above is completely incorrect (and not what we discussed over the phone). You do have a hard copy of the receipt and I did agree to email you an additional copy. I apologize if the delay in your emailed response is an inconvenience to you. We were out of the office to observe the holidays Juneteenth & July 4th. Also there was a tropical storm that came through our area. So with the holidays and natural disaster we are behind on paperwork by almost a week.

  Just in Time Plumbing was hired by my HOA, to fix a leaking pipe under the slab. When removing the toilet the plumber dropped it and broke it. He said they would replace the toilet. Also when replacing the concrete it was mounded up to the point tile couldn't be laid nor the toilet installed level. In all fairness they did come back and redo the concrete. Margaret the office manager refused to replace the toilet saying it was cracked. The toilet was in working order before the removed it and dropped it. I ended up having to buy a new toilet and have it installed. Just in Time, has poor workmanship. I would not recommend them.
