  Just In Time Plumbing agreed to replace an old water heater with a brand new one in my rental property for $1200. Because I wasn't in the property at the service time, and without my consent, he changed the terms and only has replaced a few parts of the old water heater, which made it barely worked for about a day before it leaked water and stopped working again. Before the plumber leave, My tenant called and let me know what he has done was not what I agreed with. I called and asked him to come back to the property to finish what he has promised, but he refused, came to my house and aggressively demanded payment for what he called as "make the old water heater work as new". At first, he wanted $1200, and then changed his tone and only asked for $900. For my safety, I had to pay him $900 for him to leave. After the incident, I hired another plumber to replace the water heater because I can't trust Just In Time Plumbing quality of work after all of this.

  We experienced an after hours emergency. He said he would arrive in an hour. An hour and a half later I checked in but received no response. Two hours later I checked in and he responded in a derogatory manner saying he had a breakdown. He informed me he wasn’t coming while also insulting me. Steer clear.
