  We are really disheartened by our most recent experience with Judd. We initially had our septic system inspected by Judd in 2017 when we purchased our property. The system passed inspection just fine then. Fast forward to 2021, we are selling our home and had the same exact system inspected again. This time, Judd failed the inspection saying the system was not up to code and was not done with a permit. When we called to attention the fact that the same exact inspector did the inspection both times, he falsely claimed on his report that we must have done work on the system in between inspections. We have photo evidence and notes from the previous sellers that prove the system is exactly as it was during the 2017 inspection. Judd put the blame on us as the current owners and it is costing everyone involved in the current transaction (to the tune of $11,000). We want to support local community businesses and know that being in trade professions is extremely difficult and demanding right now; however, we highly recommend people take their business elsewhere.

  Had Marty out for a well and septic inspection, he was thorough, explained how things work, what was in good shape, what needed improvement, felt like having the guys from this old house on site.
