Great service from the minute I called until the minute the tech left. Horrible rain the day of my call and my tech was in and out of the house to solve my issue. Unfortunately he had to clog an outside line! He put booties on his shoes and laid cloth down on the carpets so as not to drag anything in. WONDERFUL! Highly recommend.

I also had heard good things about them, so I called to schedule them concerning a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling. They came in a timely fashion- and charged me $84 to tell me that I need to remove the cabinets. They did come back the next day. Took one look at it and said my toilet needed to be reset. They did it for $350.90. I still have a leak. They came back 2 weeks later and surmised that it was another toilet leaking. They reset that one for $410.82. It was still leaking, but I switched to another plumber that actually came and FOUND the leak instead of just repairing what they could see. I am now out $840 and when the real plumbers came, they ended up pulling one of the toilets already reset to get to the actual leak. $840 wasted.

I wanted to get my bathroom completely remodeled. I read all the rave reviews, I had the money, and called for an estimate. Jud came out and we chatted, he took notes and measurements. 30 days went by and I had not heard anything back. I called and was told they would get me a quote within two weeks, nothing arrived. I called again 60 days later and was told I would have a quote shortly. Still nothing. I have used them for plumbing work with great results. But apparently my remodel job must not be in their radar (sad because I was so excited to to have them do the work), over 100 days since he was here and still no response. Not very responsive. I ran a company and submitted proposals, if I had customer support like this I would have been out of business. If I didn’t want to bid on a job, I would have the decency to decline to bid.
