  JTM is an excellent plumbing company on all fronts, I work with them regularly for commercial jobs as well as personally in my home. All the guys are punctual, great communicators, and very skilled in their field. Finding a great plumbing company is not easy and I am glad to have JTM to rely on, they are honest and do the best work by far.

  Rated 5 stars only because 6 isn't an option. I don't write that lightly. My rating and admiration were earned by JTM because: - They respond quickly and pay attention to my concerns - They offer options with recommendations - They work diligently without "delays" or "unforeseen complications" after pricing discussions - They stand behind their work completely I've owned my home for many years. I have contracted with a number of plumbing outfits in the Omaha area. Only JTM has consistently demonstrated the 4 bullets above. My most recent experience is emblematic: Four days before Christmas my pipes clogged and began draining very slowly. JTM not only worked me into their schedule in less than 24 hours but honored a previous guarantee (which had actually recently expired) and refused payment, stating this was part of the original agreement.

  The first time we used JTM was to replace a sprinkler valve. After they finished it started leaking within 10 minutes of them leaving. The “plumber” came back three times over the next two hours trying to stop the leak. Finally, another “plumber” showed up and got the leak to stop. Maybe if they owned more than just a pair of channel locks, they could have done a good install the first time. Best recommendation for union plumber yet!
