  We had a strange smell coming from our ducts every time we had our heat come on. We also have a noisey sound when our heat pump goes into the defrost mode. We called JQ Air and Electric to see if we could get a technician out to check it. We had requested Keatan Obenhaus because he was the original installer of our HVAC system. He was professional about what was going on and the strange smell that was coming from it. We explored the house to see if he could detect the smell but no smell. So he climbed into our attic and went to check the unit. He found that our filter was pretty dirty and the smell we were smelling was from our filter. He sent a link as to where we could purchase the filter online. Keatan has been an excellent technician for us. He is very positive and good at problem solving. He had a solution quickly and counseled us on how to get the part and then we will have him return to install it. We really like Keatan and will ask for him again. He is a great HVAC guy!

  These guys were the best. Knowledgeable, experienced, answered all my question and in a timely manner. They were polite and got the job done. I even steered them in the wrong direction, but they figured out the problem quickly and fixed it. I would Totally use them again when the time comes.
