  Called them because I had a pipe burst in the basement that completely covered everything and wiped it all out. I needed the pipe fixed, new water heater, furnace, etc. Called them and they didn’t know if or when they do anything for me and they never called me back. Went with a different company that was able to get our family back into our house in a couple days and was way more responsive and polite.

  Our furnace quit working, I called Seth at JP and they sent out a tech right away. Kevin arrived and was a true professional through the whole repair process. He took pictures and explained what happened to our furnace, he also explained some preventive measures we could possibly do....Overall a great experience with JP ... Thanks Seth and Kevin!!

  Scheduled as first stop of the morning. They showed up 20minutes late. Then they tried talking me into doing a 3+ hour job, because he didn’t have the parts to do a half hour job. I sent them away and rescheduled when he was able to get the parts. The second time back, they showed up on time. However, when they completed the job, they left all the mess behind for me to clean up. This is my second experience with this company. The first was way better than this one. Still awaiting my bill. That could change my rating, but I doubt for the better.
