  We just moved into a new house and needed to have a propane heater replaced. Myles was responsive, communicated well, and made time in his busy schedule to come over promptly. He was thorough, quick and informative about our options and even suggested other service professionals that we might call on for other household issues.   We just moved into this house and wasn’t sure how the heating system worked. It’s the dead of winter and having below freezing temperatures. We have a 4 month old and couldn’t figure out why the house was not heating. We called JP Plumbing and Heating. They were very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to spot the issue quickly and showed us how to navigate the system for the future. They even checked in after they left to make sure the issue was resolved. Also, definitely worth mentioning that they were respecting covid protocols by wearing their masks!
