  I called them to repair a hot-water not working. Two men show up. They check pipes in the second floor and come to a conclusion a pipe is frozen. I show them a hatch that leeds to a crawl space, their are pipes down their. They say no the problem is wind blowing through the rafters, freezing the pipe. I tell them I had all the pipes insulated when the house was built. Been here twenty years never had a frozen pipe, even in colder winters. They spend two hours with an ice melting machine and tell me they can't clear the ice, I should cut openings the the garage ceiling to allow warm air in to melt the the frozen pipe. After two days waiting for the melt, which never came, an electrician comes bye. I ask him to look in the crawl space, he comes out and says the hot water valve was off, all fixed. Mulvey is sending out unskilled people never schooled in what they are doing. Was charged $500.00 plus dollars. A word to the wise, go somewhere else...

  I was almost hit by a reckless driver in a JP Mulvey van this morning while walking to local trails off of Scott’s Road. The van came barreling at us at 50+ miles per hour, barely moving out of the way to avoid hitting me, my husband, and my dog before speeding off. This is a quiet, narrow country road with a speed limit of 35mph. I would never work with this business given the carelessness their employee.

  Absolutely horrendous. I called for one thing, after an hour of the guy slowly moping around, he told me it was something different from what I asked for. They charged me $150 and didn't do what I asked, then 12K later the problem still persists. I called back to ask for what I originally needed and they want to charge me again. So yeah, there's about 100 different plumbing companies out there that I would recommend over Mulvey. Feel free to ask me which ones I'd recommend. If they even attempted to make up for it, by getting it done right, which would cost them all of $60 for employee wages, I would be happy. But no. I guess the lazy service guy is a perfect representative for the company.
