Really enjoyed this company services. I had an emergency gas leak. I was able to make an appointment right away less than 24 hours. Their service technician and plumber provided excellent customer service. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable of my plumbing needs. I felt very safe once everything was taken care of. This winter we had a pipe break outside by the hose bib and water was flowing everywhere.  Our father is elderly and lives in the house and cannot go without water for several hours at a time. I called Joseph (I live out of town) indicating an emergency.  He could not have been more responsive and efficient.  What could have been a disaster was quickly averted by Joseph and his nephew.  This was our first experience with this company, and they are now our main plumbers.

We were without hot water for only 2 hours before we were up and running again.  Really appreciate the quick and timely service with great craftsmanship and a good quality water heater to replace our old one.  Would recommend to friends in the neighborhood.

The gentleman that came out to my apartment to fix the issue I had was extremely kind and professional. Usually when people come to my home to get a job done, they don’t hold conversation but this guy did and I appreciated it! I called the company today and he came out within a couple of hours. Joe and Greg were awesome. Real authenic down to earth guys. Joe answers his calls and fits you in, without making you wait days to hear back like the other plumbers I called. I'm happy to have hit the jackpot on finding him on my first experience with a plumber. They replaced 3 old leaking faucets that used the old school gate valves in to easy ball valves. My go to plumber for sure.

I am a 82 yr. old handicapped widow on social security.  I DO NOT LIE!!
The only reason I let him in my house a second time is because he said he would fix my  flange (he already knew my floor was warped when he promised to fix it) I thought he felt bad for overcharging me for the valve.
Josephs was supposed to fix a valve in one bathroom and a flange in another.  I was charged $425. to fix a valve. It took 10 minutes and a $18.00 part.  A RIPOFF. When I complained to Joseph, he said he would fix my flange for $500. no matter what.  He came the next day with a plumber I had requested he not bring because he was rude to me when he was fixing the valve.
As Joseph entered my home, he was already revising his statement.  Now he said he would do what he could do to fix the flange (a little different then fixing no matter what.). He charged me $300. and said the flange was fixed.  Next day I had a carpenter in to tell me how much it would be to fix the floor and he said the flange was not fixed.
I paid $725. and all Joseph's Affordable Plumbing did was fix the valve.

Joan that is a total lie we told you after pulling the toilet the wood floor was rotted out and warped and you needed a carpenter to replace the floor so we simply charge you for putting the toilet back resealing it installing new bolts And new supply line and simply charge you $300 for our time We told you we would come back after the floor has been replaced and if you still wanted to have the flange replaced we would do that for you Also explain that you cannot put the flange down until the floor was replaced I explain to you the process was you have a have the floor fixed before the flange to be installed

Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price.  I continue to have complete confidence in Joseph's and recommend them fully.

Joe answers phone every time I call, no annoying menu on phone. No hidden costs when work was completed, serviceman was timely,respectful,did work without dawdling, cleaned work area when done. I had kitchen sink pipe leak repaired and vanity installed  one visit and toilet replaced another visit.
Joe provided lightning fast turn around between work requested and when serviceman can be at house.This is only plumbing service I’ll use from now on because I trust expert advice and expert skills.

We were ready to use Joseph's for a vanity installation, however, when requesting him to come to give an estimate he said he would come, called twice to confirm, then on the day of, he said he could not come because he was "really busy today."

This was my husband's only day off so we set aside this day just so he could engage with Joseph because this was to be the first of several jobs. Unfortunately, we felt uncomfortable and brushed off by how we were handled so we opted to go another direction...

Maybe a friendly secretary or a more 'customer service' oriented answering service could help Joseph's navigate on busy days when their schedule is overwhelmed or overbooked.
