  This is my first time using Jones.. Very honest company. They give you choices in what direction you will like to go in no pressure at all explains options to you.. Brian very well trained excellent at his job installing a new hot water tank and also diagnosing the issue with the old one. I've used several other companies Jones ranks more than five stars going forward I will continue to use them thank you to the team at Jones and also the plumber Brian... BTW unbelievable how quick he was able to get the old one out and in and go to the distributor and pick up a new one Thank you Wally

  I had an extremely pleasant experience using this company. From Barbara at the office to Brain my technician and Greg the supervisor amazing company to work. Brain was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He had my water heater installed and running in no time. I really don’t know what Jones compensate this guy, but he is definitely a gem. Top notch customer service skills. I’m well pleased with the overall experience. I got a very good price for quality equipment and service. Thanks again Brain, and the Jones team.

  Sean was amazing. He was prompt. He explained everything. He repaired a botched job done with another electrician and so far all my flood rings are working great. Thank you ! I would recommend this team and would definitely use again
