  I called Jones Septic and Bob told me he could come the next day. I was greatly pleased with how soon he could come, however due to recent surgery I was unable to locate and uncover my septic tank lid myself. Bob helped take care of that for me and was very friendly and informative during the process. Great all around guy and great friendly thorough service. I WILL BE USING THEM FROM NOW ON.
