  We called on them to replace some old bathroom drains that were giving us age-related problems (nearly-rusted-shut old galvanized sink drains and a rusted toilet flange, all draining into our house's only remaining sections of cast iron drain pipe). We replaced everything under that bathroom, and in replacing the toilet flange, they rebuilt a section of the floor under the toilet which had some rot. They were able to get to us quickly, I got calls ahead of time when they were coming, the job was done when promised, and while this was a big project and was thus not cheap, the work was of excellent quality. They also took time to answer any questions I had. I'd definitely use them again.

  Professional, prompt, and very honest with their services. Prices are more than fair for the quality. We chose this company based on previous reviews and they exceeded expectation with time and price. John was knowledgeable with everything in our home and was a pleasure to work with.   Excellent service! I highly recommend using Jones plumbing. John Is excellent at what he does and very professional. I’ve had three plumbing issues in the last five months, two of them being emergencies. They came out same day and rearrange their schedule to take care of us. This is the company you want to use if you want excellent service and reasonable pricing and to be on time!
