Being new in Charlottesville, and a first time home-owner, I did a thorough search for HVAC companies. There are many great ones in Charlottesville - Fitch, Duct-right, Albemarle, and more. But I must say, Jones Heating & Air is probably the best when you consider service, their team culture to deliver a great product, and a fair price. The energy organization LEAP Charlottesville and Black Business Charlottesville being references was also important to me. Mr. Jones and his team installed a completely new system - heat pump, air handler, duct-work in my apartment over 4 days - we are comfy and spending 50% of what we were spending on our previous system. Now we're family! See you soon, Jones Heating & Air!

Jamie Jones is top notch, I would recommend him 100 percent. In a time where things are unreliable ,this company is doing 5 star work. If there were more stars possible Jones Heating and Air would get them all.
