  Jon answered his phone around 4:30PM, (after calling a half a dozen other places that didn't), and came out the very next morning. He finished the job quickly (less than an hour), had all the parts needed on hand, and didn't mind showing me what he was doing and why. Jon is the company owner, and his family works with him, so he really cares about doing excellent work. His only advertising is through online reviews, so he has to hold himself to a high standard if he wants more business! I'm so happy I found him and will be using his services from now on when I have plumbing needs!

  Jon did a great job installing a gas line to our garage for our heater. His intitial consultation was friendly and very thorough, pointing out additional things not up to code in our basement (which he also fixed for us) We would definitely use his services again.

  My water heater went out and started leaking all over the floor. I called up this company who sent a crew out same day and within a few hours I had a brand new unit installed. Everything was cleaned up and the installers were very nice and professional.
