  Our septic was backed up and we also had a clog. I was at a house with no water and a baby. I called 8 different people and this place not only called me back immediately, but they came out within a couple hours and charged me a great price. They were reliable, efficient, and super nice (and helped me understand what was going on bc I know nothing about plumbing 😂) I would highly recommend! Thank you for getting us back up and running!

  Jolly’s came out today to pump our septic. It was already a stressful situation and we hadn’t been able to use our facilities for two days due to other plumbing issues. We have a concrete driveway leading up to a pea gravel patio. The Septic guys backed in and stopped where the driveway meets the gravel. They weren’t close enough I guess so the guy rolled back over the edge into the pea gravel. After they were done pumping they pulled back up and cracked a large area into our driveway. The back tires dug in. The owner Dennis came out to look at it and was immediately rude and nasty telling us he wouldn’t fix it and that he’d see us in court. (We never mentioned court but thanks for the idea) Other than that he’d submit a claim to insurance. He said it wasn’t his fault our driveway was poorly designed. Claimed it was a void under the concrete, never mind the fact we have trucks we pull up all the time. He also blamed the dirt. Even if dirt was soft from rain would your men drive in someone’s yard and rip into their lawn and not repair damage? It wouldn’t have been so bad if he didn’t have a horrible attitude and even flipped my mom the bird while leaving. He wasn’t sympathetic at ALL. It’s been a hard week. Not surprising that the bbb rating is c due to unresolved complaints abt damage to a customers irrigation system. They aren’t bbb accredited either. Really shows lack of care concerning resolutions.

  We used him to install a septic system earlier this year, we had some difficulty pinning him down on an exact date and time but ultimately got the work done and it has worked fine. I tried to use him a second time again for plumbing work for a relative and set up appointment for estimate. No show/ no call! Because of a lack of choice in plumber availability we tried setting up a second appt. He said “I guess I forgot”, and said he would try to get by the next day but it might be the following day. So we coordinated with my relative waited for two more days! Again no call / no show! I called the office and complained and got a quick apology and an excuse that he had a week long emergency on another project. I really don’t want to use him anymore he obviously doesn’t keep his word and doesn’t mind wasting his customers time. We shouldn’t reward unprofessional service with follow-up business because then never improve and never get the message.
