  My regular plumber was not available, so I gave these folks a try. Professional service, good communication, showed up when they said they would, and charged an honest fair price. I will definitely call them again.

  They came out and went right to work fixing our water leak, it was dark, raining and cold, but they showed up and took care of the problem. The guys were quick and respectful . We will continue to use Joiner for all our plumbing problems.

  I would like to begin with the fact that I do not have the ability to leave ZERO stars because that's exactly what I would leave this company given the option. We started calling Joiner on Sunday with complaints of our kitchen sink not draining and they assured us they would be out the next morning. Monday morning comes and goes without any communication. My husband finally reached out late that afternoon and they explained they were prepared for a leak and not a clog so they would need to reschedule for first thing Tuesday morning. The feeling of deja vu kicked in a little when Tuesday morning came and went without any communication. At this point I left my job early and had to skip my son's sporting event after my husband reached out and received an ETA of after 5. They called one time and my husband called back right away with no answer. I called and left the owner a voicemail and asked if they were still coming because at this point we had eaten out for dinner 3 nights in a row because the sink is still full of water and will not drain. I never received a call back from him but my husband was later reassured once again they would be out first thing in the morning on Wednesday. I'm leaving this review because it is now after 10am on Wednesday and my husband had to reach out once again just to be told they don't know when or if someone will make it out today. I would strongly recommend not using this company unless you just enjoy frustration.
