  I had a sewage blockage that had gotten pretty bad in a short amount of time. Made an appointment with Johnstown roto-rooter, and they delivered. A young man named Tim showed up, and I gave him a brief synopsis of my issues. At only 20 years of age, and only 2 and a half months on the job, he was a consummate professional. He quickly diagnosed and got to work on resolving the issue. He worked diligently to clear all the roots and sludge out of my lines, and my house is back in order. The price was more than reasonable, given the severity of my problems. Whatever they're paying that young man, it's not enough. I would strongly recommend Johnstown roto-rooter to anyone, they went above and beyond, in my particular situation. They made a new customer for life, largely in part from Tim's demeanor and professionalism.
