  They had put in a mound system at a house a had bought recently. The alarm for the lift station went off. I called Jeremiah the owner and he volunteered to come out and check it out even though i wasnt home. He then called me back in just a few minutes and told me the issue. He was very helpful and courteous.

  I called today asking for help as my typical septic service didn't return our call for several days, and my sewer decided to back up into my tub this morning! 🤢. I left a message at about 1:00 on a Friday, asking for help. Jeremiah returned my call at 6:00 this evening to check and make sure my emergency had been taken care of. He wasn't sure how he could help me today AS HE WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY ON A FAMILY VACATION but wanted to make sure I was okay! Talk about customer service!

  Awesome to deal with doesn't price gouge like other local companies when you need it. Very professional and easy to deal with. Came out in the rain to do a quote and had 2 variations for quote 2.5 hours later. Had the new septic in in 2 days! Also thoroughly explained all my questions.
