  This was the RUDEST business I have called to try and get a survey done. I was shopping for quotes and Troy answered the phone in the survey department. He tells me that surveys in Longview are $500.00 but in Diana they are $600.00 because it is a 35-40 minute drive so that driving is an hour round trip. REALLY? If anyone around here knows the area they know it only takes 15-20 minutes to get from Longview to Diana. And then when I corrected him on how long it takes he almost hung up on me. I had to ask if he was still on the line to get quoted. If he wants to charge an extra $100.00 for the ***40 minute drive round trip, that's fine, but don't lie and say it takes an hour plus to make it out there. I was appalled he almost hung up on his potential* client but I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth with how rude they were. I would give them 0 stars if it would let me.
