  What a nightmare! I bought a boiler system from them a years back. Every time I go in to talk to somebody about getting parts, nobody in the building is able to help me. The two receptionists know nothing about heating whatsoever, the two people in the show room were not able to help me either. I asked If there was anybody in the building who knows anything about heating and is able to help me. He replied is a very snarky attitude "There's no one here, we don't just have technicians sitting around". OK, that's fair enough, they are all out and about busy on service calls. Still though, four people in the building and no one able to help me!? I left the receptionist with pictures and detailed information about my boiler system and the part I needed. She said she would call me first thing in the morning but I never received a call. That was last week. These people are all sell sell sell, you are screwed when you need service.

  We called them when our furnace went out completely last week takes all day for a tech to show up they say they order part its been 4 days without a furnace good thing its not 20 below out would have froze by now and they leave us with 2small radiators to heat a 3 story house granted my parts for are under warranty yet but I just wish they would stand by what they say and do
