  Just called to get an estimate, and because I am not a professional installer myself that couldn’t answer a question about how long in feet on line that he said is on the permit but there is 20 different footage listed on the permit and I wasn’t sure which one he wanted, so I tried to explain to him everything that was listed on there. He said he wasn’t going to help me and hung up on me. How do these people stay in business?
