  I had Johnny Doan replace my tankless water heater. No one could beat their installed price on the Navien NPE-240A2, and I called for a lot of quotes. The install itself was superb. Unlike the original installer 14 years ago, they took the time to tuck the plumbing safely against the wall instead of leaving it hanging out in space unprotected. The old, sloppy, install is the Takagi. Compare that to the new Navien install. Neat, clean, safe. I 100% recommend Johnny Doan Plumbing and will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

  I I was very impressed with this company's response. They came to my house the same day a pipe leak was found. Although they could not fix the pipe that afternoon they had given me the name of a leak finder and they were able to do a temporary fix.I was then scheduled for next day and James arrived to fix leak and install new piping. He was professional and pleasant and went to work right away. It was fixed in just over 2 hrs. Price was reasonable. He also fixed a simple problem in my shower. Thank you James! I appreciate your hard work,and your experience to know right away what was wrong with shower handle. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

  The business was easy to contact and very friendly. Fortunately I was able to get on the schedule for the same day which was a huge relief. The technician who was sent out, Jake Wright, was very professional and receptive to the information I gave him regarding my plumbing issue. Throughout the experience Jake informed me about the layout of particular pipes in my house and answered any questions I had.(I have a tendency to be "chatty" lol) Thanks for the prompt and professional service Johnny Doan Plumbing!
