  I contacted this company because I had seen they were the company my employer, at the time, had been using and I thought that if the company used them then they would be a good company to use, however they are not. They charged for an after hours call on a problem they had fixed and then charged for 2 separate issues when it was all from the SAME call. Also I am a single income family that has been DIRECTLY affected from this pandemic, first as a non essential employee and losing steady employment twice in 7 months, and then in having to change industries to find an essential job. I am doing the best I can do. This company contacted my employer for payment claiming I said I was a referral from them when I was not. So not only are they unprofessional in their charging BUT also in their customers privacy and billing practices.

  Had a great experience with them the first time but when I called to try and schedule a pressure test to finalize the sale on my house, they said they'd get back to me and never did.

  I live two blocks away from this company. I figured small town, local business - I would use them for my plumbing problem. On Sunday, I called and left a message that I had water all over my upstairs bathroom floor. They had an after hours number so I called and got someone named Kevin's voice mail. I left a message and he never called me back. Monday morning, no one called about my voice message, so I called them again. I talked to the receptionist, told her my issue, she said she'd have to call the boss and see if he could fit me in. She called back a few minutes later, said he was too busy and to call Roto Rooter. I live in an older home and need both my bathrooms updated - I will not be calling this company for that job. As a newcomer to this town, I am disappointed at their lack of professionalism.
