  From the moment they answered the phone to the final handshake, John’s Plumbing was professional, courteous, and skilled. They were clear with their pricing and were the only plumbers that offered a general price range over the phone so we could plan with our budget. They confirmed the appointment via text message and our technician, Amos, called prior to arrival to ensure we had everything required for the install and gave his estimated arrival time. The faucet install took no time at all and he walked us through what he had done and showed us that everything was running fine. We had a last minute water heater question that he was able to give us advice on as well. Everyone that we worked with was friendly and we will definitely use John’s for any future plumbing needs!

  I found this business on Google, read the reviews and called them. Merissa took the call, dispatched Amos who fixed the challenge my tenants were having with a backed up drain. When you call a contractor of any kind to complete work at a rental property where you are not present is always a giant leap of faith. The team @John'sPlumbing&Pump did a fantastic job. Dispatched out the very next day after the call. Tenants are happy...All is Good. Thank You !!! Hope I do not need your services in the future, but should I require plumbing services of any kind, you are my GO TO!!

  We had called this company because my uncle who is a plumber referred me to them since he was very busy. When I originally called I told them our water softener wasn’t working correctly and we have a leak under our house and no water pressure in the house but we do at our tank. The first and only time someone came out was the water softener guy and he fixed it but told us he couldn’t do the other stuff for the leak and water pressure stuff because he didn’t have the tools for it so he would have someone call us to set up another appointment with the appropriate person a week had gone buy and we hadn’t heard anything so I called them back and the lady said she wasn’t aware they needed to come back out to do anything else I was like okay well can we set something up and they set it up for that Friday between noon and 5 pm I waited all day and didn’t hear anything til 4:45 saying they couldn’t get out here today which I understand things happen and jobs go over. So they rescheduled us to today 2/15/22 between noon and 5 again and guaranteed that someone would come out today and I sat at home and waited 5:15 rolled around and I didn’t hear anything from anyone so I called myself and I couldn’t get an answer as to why nobody called to tell me nobody was coming or a reason why.
