  The customer service was really great and professional. The woman in the office was very friendly and helpful in scheduling and Greg was really informative and helped me with a leaking hose bib. I would highly recommend using them and I will be using again for any future plumbing needs!

  I tried calling a couple of companies before I called Robertson and those companies simply were not easy to work with. Wouldn't take new clients, couldn't get out there for days, or rude receptionists.The receptionist at Robertson was so nice and helpful, the plumber came out the next morning, and he was excellent. Even though Greg had his work cut out for him, he got it done in a timely manner, explained what he was doing, what was done wrong, and did an excellent job. He even came back out to turn the water back on 2 hours later for me - customer service above and beyond. As a real estate agent, I'm always looking for dependable companies to refer to clients and Robertson Plumbing will be at the top of my list for plumbers!

  After having a water heater failure, Robertson Plumbing showed up the very next day with a new water heater and completed the removal/installation process. Both service technicians were very polite and explained the new water heater features and even carted away the old water heater. Definitely will recommend their services to my friends and neighbors!!
