  We needed a sewer stack and toilet replaced, along with replacing old iron plumbing. John was prompt on returning calls and emails; overall good communication. Provided proposal quickly and was flexible with us on scheduling the job around our needs. Price was fair and the work was completed as scheduled. John followed-up after the job to check on satisfaction, good customer service.

  John R Plumbing did an excellent job fixing a shower that wasn't producing hot water for one of our properties in Chantilly. John came out to make an assessment, was able to get the part the very next morning, and made the fix soon after for a very reasonable price. We've struggled finding an honest plumber with fair prices. John was very pleasant, honest, and professional. Thank you, John!

  John R Plumbing service is a superb! I had a water heater problem during the winter night and he showed up next morning. He showed on time and was able to identify the problem right away and fixed it. Lifesaver! Thanks John! After owning homes for years, John is the best plumber. He has excellent customer service for promising for his work. I strongly recommend John for any plumbing issues. He’s on my “must” call list for repair.
