The guy showed up fast which is the only positive. It cost $278 for the guy to start up the pilot light on our furnace. Then he told us that the heat exchangers were rotted out and we would need to replace our furnace within a month or we would end up with carbon monoxide poisoning. A family friend came out because that of course terrified us. He adjusted the air, looked ALL around the furnace and made sure to give us a carbon monoxide detector for free. Also said the heat exchangers were fine. It's a shame you charge so much and take people for a ride. Don't recommend.

Requested to fix a loose kitchen faucet, came in a time. Took 3 minutes to tighten under the sink and charged $ 278.80! When I asked that is just to tighten, he told me that was a level one service that’s what it cost. Since he was here, I asked him if he could check a loose garden faucet handle, he checked it said he would have to cut the wood paneling, inside the house, to fix it, so I said how much it was cost he said at least the same. Naturally I did not want him to touch it. Guess what , I got the handle for less than $ 6, unscrewed the old one and replaced it. I am not even a plumber and fixed it my self. Will never trust this company, they rip off and don’t even know what they are doing.

Extremely dishonest. Told us our home warranty covered our well pump. Came out & installed it (2 hours later than they said they would come so don't believe the on-time stuff either) then gave us a bill for $2960 and said the warranty didn't cover it. We never got a quote before the work nor never given the opportunity to get other quotes from other plumbers. Since our difficulties, numerous others told us they were taken advantage of by this company. Do not use them.
Response from the owner
We are sorry for your experience. It is our companies policy that ALL customers are 100% satisfied with our services. We are also are sad to see that the insurance that you purchased with your new home did not cover the new pump. To help you with the expense, John Piccirilli reduced the price to $1210.00 from the original price. At this point, your issue is with your insurance company not with us. Thank You!
