I’m very impressed with the ongoing support provided by John Owens services. The installation of a new furnace, air conditioner, water heater and recirculation hot water system went smoothly and on-time. Today they provided a free checkup of my air conditioning system. The office provided excellent scheduling and notification for the arrival of the technician, Cody. He arrived on time, was friendly, neatly attired, and knowledgeable. He asked if I would like him to wear a mask. I said outside no, but inside yes. He clearly explained what he was going to do and why. He checked my thermostat to ensure that it was correctly set up. Then he checked the air conditioner airflow and temperature for each of my registers. Then he checked the various components of my air conditioner and changed the filter. Again he explained what he was doing and why. Overall I was extremely pleased by the service provided by John Owen’s Service and its technician Cody!

Technician Max was great. A clear communicator & obviously knew what he was doing.He was friendly but respectful. I appreciated that the company was able to schedule an appointment quickly as we sure like having hot water! Thanks for the good service .

Diego was my technician. He was very polite and professional. He explained the job and repaired it quickly. I really appreciated his thoroughness and his advice for what to do moving forward. Will definitely call this company again if I need plumbing help.
