  I could not be happier with John Nugent & Sons. They were fantastic to work with in every way. I had a 20' x 20' four season sunroom added to my house in Ashburn and needed a "mini split" system put in. The builder wanted to install a builders grade unit but I wanted "top of the line" which in this case is a Mitsubishi XXXX unit. After I received a quote from the builder for the unit I wanted, I decided to shop it around... Much to my surprise, John Nugent came in at $3500 less! I of course went with JN & S and could not be happier with every aspect of the transaction.... from the quote, to the pre install meeting to the actual installation. JN & S was great to work with as far as the timing of the installation, to cleaning the worksite to explaining to me the operation of the unit. A special thanks to Erica, RJ and Juan. On a side note... My builder was even so impressed he asked me for their contact information as he would like to use him for future install work. The attached picture shows the unit(s) and the "line hide". Thank you again!!

  My whole experience with John Nugent & Sons was very positive starting from providing me a quote up to the installation of new equipment - Carrier Infinity heating/cooling. Lucas was very patient and not pushy to make a decision and I took all the time to research, consult and finally make a decision on the equipment brand and model. He was addressing all our questions diligently and met all our conditions which made our decision to work with John Nugent. Thanks for excellent support Lucas! The installation went great, the crew -Jorge, Juan and Nicholas came on time, worked very professionally, accurately and clean, explaining us all the issues and clarifying questions. We appreciate their suggestion on how to use the system effectively so that it serves for longer years though it added more hours to the work. They protected the floors with the fabric and cleaned after finishing the work. We are also thankful to Dave who came today and installed a surge protector and took time to explain how it works. Excellent work guys! And thanks to customer support which is very responsive and helpful. Now is the turn for the equipment to show itself and prove we've made right decision in going with the best of the line:-) We would definitely recommend John Nugent & Sons to anyone who wants quality and value for their money!

  I have been using Nugent & Son exclusively since 2015, when I called them in an emergency to replace another HVAC company. I never looked back. Nugent service has been excellent. The technicians have been thorough, respectful, and competent. And while pricing is hardly a consideration when your heat is out in the winter, they also have a fair and competitive price structure. I give them an A+ rating all round.
