  The last thing I wanted to do was to leave this company a negative review. However after a year of going back and forth I dont feel that they gave me a choice. Last june we had them repair a broken sewer line. The guy came out and said the bulk of our price was because he had to hire an outside company to come out and dig up and fill in the hole. Then they would have to come out again 1 to 2 more times to repair my yard, sidewalk and road.i have been going back and forth for almost a year for them to come and finish the job. When I finally threatened to get another company to finish the job, and that I would expect to be compensated for it...they got on it very quick. However they sent one of their plumbers to do it. This guy had been here before and was very polite and seemed knowledgeable, as were all the guys. Because of this I did not babysit him. When he finished he came to let me know and said that it wasnt pretty, but hes a plumber not a masonry worker. I had no idea though. I went out to look right after he left and was shocked. The sidewalk and rd are one piece, he didnt fix the yard. In fact it is worse, and our clean out access had concrete over it. We managed to get enough concrete out that we should be able to open it. The yard is going to be more work as we have to take out the stones and put dirt in, then grass seed. The sidewalk and rd I'm going to have to hire someone to fix. It is severely unlevel and was not done properly. I have already had two people come look at it. I contacted the company with pictures and questions and recieved no reply. If the bulk of my price was to hire a professional then a professional should have done it, and the job is still not finished.
