  Called for a sewer smell that was discovered to be an old leaky wax ring. I was able to make an appointment for a plumber within a couple of days, they called ahead and we’re on time. The tech brought clean booties for the floor. Listened to me explain when and where we had detected bad smells. Made a plan to address the most likely culprits which was decided to be a toilet wax ring. He installed new wax rings on all the toilets and even helped me install a vanity I had removed trying to find the source of the smell. I’m completely satisfied with Hefley’s service after calling on them three or four times over the last few years.

  Very responsive on getting out to my house and did great work but exorbitantly over-priced. Service fee of $60 to go less than 2 miles, almost $50 for 3 inches of new PEX and $135 for under 30 minutes of labor. Will not recommend just off of pricing alone. If it weren’t for the holiday’s quickly approaching I would’ve went with another company or fixed it myself.

  Called 3 other local companies with no calls back as promised. Decided to call them based on reviews. Was promised a call back in 15-20 minutes, got a call back 2 minutes later saying the owner was coming out personally. Have used other services and the responsiveness, courtesy and fairness was well above average! Very personable and great work. Hoping I don’t need a plumber again anytime soon but if I do.. there’s no question on who I’m calling
