  Just attempted to get them to look at my mother's plumbing situation -- her well has been defective for three weeks. She is 80 years old, and has been without effective running water for all that time. They declined to even consider the job, citing the fact that they had previously worked with her, but that they had "parted ways." The receptionist got defensive and asked if I was getting upset with everyone I was talking to, or just them. As if that's a meaningful point to make -- she's been without water for three weeks, and they're refusing to help! Who is monstrous enough to do this sort of thing?
