  John Damiano completed the survey for a property I purchased. I wanted to have a fence put in, so I called John Damiano and asked if he would be able to put in stakes to mark the property line. He told me to send him an email with a picture of the survey map, marking where I would like the stakes. I did that right away, and after 5 days I heard nothing in response. I sent another email, and still got no response. I made another phone call, left a message, and got no response. I even told him that if he is too busy, just let me know so I can reach out to another company. He doesn't have the decency to return a message to a potential customer. Don't waste your time with this person.

  Called John to mark out my lakefront property and he showed up in two weeks and did a great job marking out my boundary’s . Everything was handled by email and very simple !
