  This was our first experience with John Cole's Plumbing and we are very satisfied with the entire experience. From Mackenzie in the office who was attentive to our needs and called back quickly to Dan who was courteous and professional. We wore our masks and asked Dan to please wear a mask and he did, which made me very happy. Dan installed our dishwasher which was delivered earlier that day. Like previous reviews have stated we too will make John Cole's Plumbing our go to plumber and will recommend them to our friends. Thank you!

  My whole experience was nothing short of fantastic. I needed to have my dishwasher replaced and knew the wiring was older so I wasn't messing with it. Booking was super easy, Brenda got me scheduled within a few minutes, on the day of the appointment McKenzie called and let me know the tech was running a few minutes behind. The tech (Dan) was super polite when he arrived, he introduced himself, made some small talk, asked a few questions to confirm what I wanted and how I wanted it installed and went to work with no dillydallying. Between my dog and my child I'm not sure how he kept his concentration as both were super curious, but Dan kept his professionalism and talked to them both very kindly. The install was smooth and the pricing was good for the quality of work I got. Definitely recommend giving John Coles plumbing a call!

  I am re-reviewing this company because they made everything right. They went above and beyond to show me why my toilet wasn’t working and ultimately replaced the toilet completely. And they did this all in the same day. I really thought I was going to have a major problem with the toilet and instead I received a very professional response and excellent customer service. The technician also came back over to my house because I thought the toilet had been set slightly off center after he replaced it. When he looked at it he found that the tub that sits next to the toilet was set at an angle and it threw off the way the toilet looked! He was so kind about the whole thing. I felt like I should have noticed that, but he was patient with me and never made me feel bad for not knowing what to look for. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful company and for treating me with such care. I really appreciate that.
