  Joel work was great, fixed the pipe. His customer service is horrible. Needed him to come back out, was accused of things I never did. Don't recommend him cause he is not professional with his dealings.

  On top of being a nice guy, he always responds promptly to calls and is fair in his pricing. When we moved into our house the septic needed upgrading and he was the company our Realtor suggested. We have called him for our plumbing needs ever since.

  Haven't received any service yet. I need a water line shortened and reinsulated. Also demonstrated how to shut the water off.
