UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 STAR!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use Joe's Plumbing. He says he is a master plumber?! $90 dollars an hour? Doesn't do contracts and rips people off. It is a horrible service. He lies about his bills, overcharges and is a very dishonest person. Works incredibly slow to pad his own bill.
