  My furnace was blowing cold air after a power outage in the city. I looked online to see if I could fix it. I knew what had to be done, but couldn't figure out how to do it. J M sent a skilled technician that fixed the issue quickly and showed me how to do it myself. He also mentioned that I should start looking for a new unit (mine is old) and what new technology is available and what features I can look forward to. He even recommended I look at local energy efficient rebates in the area. Great experience overall.

  I sent a text to have someone come and service my furnace and put a new thermostat on. Daniel came and did an Awesome job. Was very professional and answered every question I had. Told me about their service contracts and I purchased a one year, so I do not need to worry about remembering when to have my air conditioner serviced. They will call me and set up an appointment. I will be requesting Daniel for my air cooler service!!
