  Unreliable. Unprofessional. I had 1 visit from this company and I thought it sounded promising. The issue was not fixed but we had a plan on how to proceed. That is where the plan/promise ended. The company said they would schedule something for the following week. That never happened. 2 weeks after the original visit I was calling to get myself back into the schedule. I talked to scheduling and they quickly got me into the schedule in the next 2 days. This was the last communication with the company. The scheduled date came and went with no call, no show. I called the company to see what happened to the appointment and no one is answering the phones. I left messages with the company to call me back and I received no response. I waited a day and tried again, with the same result, no answer and no call back from my voice message. I repeated this for 4 days. A common theme in the complaints on the Better Business Bureau for this company, is that they were used by a home warranty company(American Home Shield was my warranty company). I been calling them also and disappointed in them for choosing a company that is not BBB accredited. I will work to ensure this company is removed from their accepted sub contractor list. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.

  They were suppose to come out on Memorial Day here it is Friday and nothing just keep giving me the run around I’ve stayed in contact with them since Sunday when I called them! It’s we are coming always an excuse or they are just done answer. We were going to use them again because they did such a great job with the furnace. We needed them for our ac this time so wanted to give them business again they know my son has asthma and we want to get the qc charged before it gets really hot and they think our 18 mo old is having seizures all which this company knows and still this

  I had very similar issues with this company as other reviewers. Brian was contracted through AHS and came to look at my water heater which I thought was leaking and said the process would take about a week and I would hear back from him. Twenty plus calls to both the office and Brian's cell phone with mostly no answer or guarantees to call me back when I actually did get an answer, and two months later, I finally contacted AHS again myself. It turns out he knew and had reported the actual issue to AHS and not to me. It was another issue altogether with the chimney, not covered by AHS, which the previous owner had disclosed to him when he called the wrong person. In the meantime the leak occurred again causing further damage. I let AHS know how unhappy with this company I am with a phone call as well as through their survey service.
